Soccer Recap: The Covenant Falls Short Against Ranked Seton

The Covenant faced Seton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Conquistadors, falling 4-1. The Covenant have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Cameron Passarella, who's now up to five this season.

The Covenant's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Seton, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. The Covenant will square off against Blue Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Seton, they will face off against Trinity Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
