Winnebago has gone 9-1 against North Boone recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Indians will challenge the Vikings at 5:00 p.m. Winnebago has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 13.

On Monday, Winnebago came up short against Marian Central Catholic and fell 2-0.

Winnebago was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22.

Meanwhile, North Boone hadn't done well against Christian Life recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Vikings walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles. The game was the first time the Vikings have beaten the Eagles on their court since August 24, 2017.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Boone took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-14.

North Boone's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 9-12. As for Winnebago, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15-1.

Winnebago was able to grind out a solid victory over North Boone when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. Do the Indians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
