Baseball Recap: Crivitz Comes Up Short

Crivitz was the 10-1 winner over Mishicot when they last played one another back in May of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines came up short against the Indians on Saturday, falling 10-3. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crivitz's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Mishicot, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Crivitz will welcome Wausaukee at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rangers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.75 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Mishicot, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-7 defeat against Freedom on the 12th.
