Soccer Recap: Cary-Grove Takes a Loss

Cary-Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Crystal Lake Central Tigers. If Cary-Grove were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to Crystal Lake Central when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cary-Grove's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Crystal Lake Central, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cary-Grove is set to take on their familiar foe Dundee-Crown at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Crystal Lake Central will challenge rival Jacobs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
