Basketball Game Preview: South Christian Sailors vs. West Catholic Falcons

The South Christian Sailors will take on the West Catholic Falcons in a tournament on Tuesday. South Christian will be looking to extend their current 16-game winning streak.

South Christian's tournament run continued when they took on Vicksburg on Wednesday. South Christian walked away with a 64-57 victory over Vicksburg.

Meanwhile, West Catholic entered their tilt with Spring Lake on Wednesday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. Everything went their way against the Lakers as they made off with a 46-24 win. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

South Christian pushed their record up to 24-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points over those games. As for West Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 22-3.

South Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over West Catholic when the teams last played back in February, winning 58-51. Does South Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Catholic turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
