Monticello not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 22, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Cassville Comets 3-0.

Monticello was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-19.

When it comes to explaining why Cassville lost, don't look at Irelyn Kasten. Despite the final result, she had eight digs.

Monticello's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Cassville, they dropped their record down to 2-19 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Monticello wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Pecatonica on the 23rd. Cassville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
