Center Hill and Southaven are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but likely not for long. The Center Hill Mustangs will welcome the Southaven Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Center Hill easily dispatched Strayhorn on Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. Center Hill fell just short of Pontotoc by a score of 8-6 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Mustangs have suffered since March 5, 2024.

Ryan Brunetz put in work no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he also gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three).
