Estero and Fort Myers are an even 4-4-1 against one another since December of 2015, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will take on the Green Wave at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Estero will be strutting in after a victory while Fort Myers will be coming in after a loss.

Estero had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt Neumann on Tuesday. The Wildcats never let the Celtics get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. Estero haven't had any issues with Neumann recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Estero hit Neumann with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Anthony Pando (2), Adam Maher (2), and Jack Hildenbrand.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Fort Myers was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They fell just short of Lely by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to Fort Myers' undefeated start to the season.

Estero now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Fort Myers, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.

Estero skirted past Fort Myers 2-1 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
