Softball Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Riverside's offense. They lost 10-0 to West Valley on Saturday. The loss leaves Riverside still looking for their first win of the season.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for West Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Riverside will venture away from home to face off against Timberlake at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Valley, they will welcome East Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Rams' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
