Charlotte Catholic had to settle for second on Friday, but Rachel Wildman sure wasn't going down easily. Providence had no answer to Wildman as she tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned (and eight unearned) runs off seven hits. Wildman has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
