Volleyball Recap: Wake Prep Academy Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Haydin Maxwell and Harper Maxwell

Wake Prep Academy and Ayden - Grifton squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Wake Prep Academy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Chargers.

While Wake Prep Academy ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-19.

Wake Prep Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Harper Maxwell and Haydin Maxwell. Harper had eight digs and two aces, while Haydin had 16 digs and two aces. Harper is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season.
