Soccer Recap: Mccall-Donnelly's Undefeated Season over After Ten Games

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last five contests, McCall-Donnelly finally came back down to earth on Monday. They fell just short of The Ambrose School by a score of 2-1. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but McCall-Donnelly couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Jose Manuel, who's now up to seven this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, McCall-Donnelly fell to 8-1-1. As for The Ambrose School, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1-2.

McCall-Donnelly didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Emmett on the 2nd. As for The Ambrose School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Parma on the 30th.
