Dublin Jerome scored the most runs they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Hilliard Darby Panthers, falling 16-7. The defeat leaves the Celtics still looking for their first win of the season.

Dublin Jerome saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chloe Hanks (2028), who scored a run while going 2-for-2. That run marked the first that Hanks (2028) scored this season.

Dublin Jerome's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Hilliard Darby, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.
