Cypress Ranch has gone 6-1 against Cypress Park recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Mustangs will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. Cypress Park took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Cypress Ranch, who comes in off a win.

Cypress Ranch is returning home triumphant after the team finally put their road woes behind them against Cypress Springs on Friday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 28-21.

Cypress Ranch's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Braden Baker, who threw for 184 yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 30 yards and one score. That's the most rushing yards Baker has posted since back in October of 2024. Cypress Ranch's leading receiver Konner Dandridge was Baker's top target yet again, picking up 94 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Cypress Park's offense. They were beaten by Cypress Lakes 57-0 last Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost four in a row.

The win got Cypress Ranch back to even at 2-2. As for Cypress Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
