Basketball Game Preview: Knoxville Blue Bullets vs. West Prairie Cyclones

The Knoxville Blue Bullets will challenge the West Prairie Cyclones at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Knoxville is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They secured a 58-54 W over Biggsville West Central last Tuesday.

Meanwhile, West Prairie had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 36-27.

West Prairie pushed their record up to 13-16 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Knoxville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-27.

Knoxville ended up a good deal behind West Prairie in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, losing 61-47. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of West Prairie's Ryan Clark, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds.
