Baseball Recap: Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics's offense. They came up short against Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool on Monday, falling 20-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Storm were not able to get on the board.

Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Poole, who went 1-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that Poole hit this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics will face off against Christian Academy of Louisiana at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool, they will challenge Acadiana Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
