Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Orem). They were the clear victors by a 19-4 margin over the Springville Red Devils on Tuesday. Considering the Tigers have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Orem's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Springville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Coming up, Orem will head out to face off against Maple Mountain at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Springville, they will take on Cedar Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Aviators have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.57 runs per game on average), something the Red Devils will no doubt try to take advantage of.
