Baseball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Tuloso-Midway

Tuloso-Midway proved they can win big last Monday (they won by seven) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Zapata Hawks, sneaking past 12-11. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors & Cherokees sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Tuloso-Midway's victory bumped their record up to 14-5-1. As for Zapata, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Tuloso-Midway will challenge rival Robstown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Zapata is set to take on their familiar foe King at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
