Softball Recap: Romeoville Comes Up Short

Romeoville was the 13-4 winner over Bolingbrook when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders on Tuesday. The Spartans' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Rylee Teel made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season.

Romeoville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Bolingbrook, they moved to 3-16 with that win, which also ended their 12-game losing streak.
