Basketball Recap: Poinciana Starts Season with Win Against Ridgeview Global Studies Academy + How To Watch

Poinciana took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They blew past the Ridgeview Global Studies Academy Explorers 68-19.

Kobi Brown II had an outrageously good game as he posted 16 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. Another player making a difference was Jahmai Johnson, who shot 83% from the field on his way to 13 points and three steals.

Looking ahead, Poinciana will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ridgeview Global Studies Academy has already played their next contest (against Fort Meade), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
