Basketball Recap: La Jolla Vikings vs. High Tech SD Storm
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask La Jolla). They put the hurt on the High Tech SD Storm with a sharp 82-56 win on Friday. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 315th, while the Storm are ranked 1023rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Brody Sessa continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 of 10 en route to 19 points and six rebounds.
