While Strasburg's  victory against Luray wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rams had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs  5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Rams have posted  since March 27th.
 Tadeo Bunch tossed a big game,   striking out six batters over  five innings while giving up  four earned runs off   seven  hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 13 consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Ryan Reynolds was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run and one  double. Another player making a difference was  Jacob Britton, who  went 2-for-3 with one  run and one  RBI.
 Strasburg  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in seven consecutive  matches.
Strasburg's record now sits at 17-4. As for Luray, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.
