Volleyball Recap: Warsaw Extends Winning Streak to Three

Warsaw entered their tilt with St. Paul Lutheran on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Saints by a score of 3-1. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Saints walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Warsaw had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-16.

Warsaw's victory bumped their record up to 9-7-1. As for St. Paul Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Warsaw will venture away from home to face off against Tipton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Paul Lutheran, they will square off against Santa Fe at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
