Basketball Game Preview: Faith Academy Charter Patriots vs. North Hills Christian Eagles + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Faith Academy Charter Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the North Hills Christian Eagles at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Thursday, Faith Academy Charter didn't have too much trouble with Woodlawn as they won 60-46.

Jelani King was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 23 points and 14 boards. King is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Bennett Brinkley was another key player, putting up 12 points along with six boards and three steals.

Faith Academy Charter was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, North Hills Christian lost to Mountain Island Charter at home by a 87-69 margin on Thursday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (64), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for North Hills Christian and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Faith Academy Charter, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-3.

Faith Academy Charter was dealt a bruising 87-60 defeat at the hands of North Hills Christian in their previous matchup last Monday. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Patriots were down 57-34.
