Soccer Recap: Sheridan Comes Up Short

Sheridan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Jefferson Saints, falling 8-0. Sheridan were not able to make up for their defeat to Jefferson from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Sheridan's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Sheridan is taking a road trip to face off against Arrupe Jesuit at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Arrupe Jesuit's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Jefferson, they will host Bennett at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
