Football Recap: Bosqueville Piles Up the Points Against Meridian

While Bosqueville put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Meridian. The Bulldogs blew past the Yellowjackets 35-0. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Bulldogs just coasted through the last quarter.

The win (which was Bosqueville's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.3 points on average this season. As for Meridian, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Bosqueville will face off against Rosebud-Lott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Meridian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hubbard at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th.
