Football Recap: Central Kitsap Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Central Kitsap extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They received a blow as they fell 29-12 to the South Kitsap Wolves. The Cougars were not able to make up for their loss to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Central Kitsap lost, don't look at Kevin Morales. Despite the final result, he rushed for 138 yards.

As for South Kitsap, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.7 points on average this season.

Brayden Moore had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 199 yards and one score while picking up 11.1 yards per carry. Those 199 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Jesse Billings was in the mix too, providing South Kitsap with one touchdown.

Central Kitsap has already played their next contest, a 48-0 defeat against Mount Tahoma on the 26th. As for South Kitsap, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 63-3 loss against Sumner on the 26th.
