Severance piles up the points against Fort Morgan

The Severance Silver Knights entered their tilt with the Fort Morgan Mustangs with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Severance blew past Fort Morgan 72-20 at home. That 72-20 margin sets a new team best for Severance this season.
Severance's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaden Hoffman led the charge by scoring 17 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Damarii Wright, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Severance's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Fort Morgan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Severance will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lutheran at 3:00 p.m. on January 6, 2024. Fort Morgan will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Northridge at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2024.
