Football Recap: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Wins High-Profile Game Against Washington

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Washington. The Eagles took down the Tigers 50-35.

Walker Bryson was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 56 yards and a pair of TDs on only six carries, and also picked up 82 receiving yards. Another player making a difference was Gavin Owens, who threw for 214 yards and two touchdowns.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Washington, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
