Point Loma lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Clairemont, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's game. Point Loma was the clear victor by a 14-4 margin over Clairemont on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Pointers, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Ella Poulin made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.
