League recap: Washington first in A District 16 at 16-6

The Warriors' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing six hits and 10 walks to lead the league in both categories. Washington has given up a mere 87 hits on the year, while striking out 164 opposing hitters. Enrique Mckinney is the leader in that category with 79 Ks on the season.

The week's strikeout crown belonged to McKinney, who turned in three Ks for the Warriors. With 79 strikeouts this year so far, he ranks first in the league.
