Recap: King Jaguars vs. Hubbard Greyhounds
The King Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 22 points or more this season. They put the hurt on Hubbard with a sharp 62-39 victory on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as King also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
King found their leader in underclassman Demarco King, who scored 22 points. The game was King's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Thomas, who scored 13 points.
King's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Hubbard, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-4.
King will take on Dunbar at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dunbar has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 491 points over their last six matches. As for Hubbard, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Solorio at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
