Basketball Recap: West Shore Christian Academy vs. Veritas Academy Monarch
A well-balanced attack led West Shore Christian Academy over the Veritas Academy Monarch in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. West Shore Christian Academy took down the Monarch 47-33. That result was just more of the same for these two, as West Shore Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January.
West Shore Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lucas Drabenstadt, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine assists. It was the first time this season that Drabenstadt posted eight or more assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Fry, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds.
West Shore Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Veritas Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Pennsylvania (Christian School of York is ranked 767th, while the Monarch are ranked 747th).
