Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Oakwood Christian breezed past Excel Christian Academy to the tune of 47-19. Oakwood Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

Oakwood Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chloe Brodie out in front who posted ten points along with eight rebounds and six steals. Oakwood Christian is undefeated when Brodie posts three or more steals, but 2-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Alison Whitescarver, who earned 12 points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

Oakwood Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win (which was Oakwood Christian's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points over those games. As for Excel Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
