Soccer Recap: Childersburg Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Childersburg was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Donoho Falcons. While losing is never fun, Childersburg can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 169th, while Donoho are ranked 41st).

Childersburg's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Donoho, the win keeps they at an undefeated 19-0.

Childersburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Donoho, they will take on Fort Payne at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
