After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brenham, Prosper was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the McKinney Boyd Broncos 9-8. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Broncos: they've now won five in a row.

Peyton Moya and Ava Van Volkenburgh did most of the damage at the plate: Moya went 4-for-5 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Van Volkenburgh went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.
