Volleyball Game Preview: Grand Junction Tigers vs. Durango Demons + How To Watch

Grand Junction hasn't had much luck against Durango recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Tigers will square off against the Demons at 12:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Grand Junction lost 3-0 to Montrose on Thursday.

While Grand Junction was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Montrose's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-21.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Durango and Bayfield had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Demons fell 3-1 to the Wolverines on Tuesday. Demons fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Wolverines since Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21, 23-25, 25-18.

Grand Junction's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Durango, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.
