Brunswick Academy came tearing into Thursday's matchup with eight straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Southampton Academy Raiders a 13-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
