Baseball Recap: St. Paul's Victorious

St. Paul's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They skirted past Groton School 5-3. This was payback for the Big Red, who suffered a 9-4 defeat the last time these two teams met.

St. Paul's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Groton School, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

St. Paul's and Groton School will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Big Red will face off against rival Vermont Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Groton School is set to challenge their familiar foe Brooks at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
