Volleyball Recap: Maddie Rocha Key Part of Team Effort in Knights Win

Dominion Christian won the last time they faced McEachern and things went their way on Saturday too. The Knights came out on top against the Indians by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Dominion Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maddie Rocha, who had seven aces. Rachel Caldwell was another key player, getting nine digs and four aces.

They weren't the only good server: Dominion Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 26 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Dominion Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for McEachern, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Dominion Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Westminster on the 9th. As for McEachern, they will square off against Pebblebrook at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
