Football Game Preview: Toledo Christian Eagles vs. Hardin Northern Polar Bears

The Toledo Christian Eagles will challenge the Hardin Northern Polar Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Toledo Christian has four straight victories, Hardin Northern has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Toledo Christian's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Upper Scioto Valley as they made off with a 21-0 win.

Toledo Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Joshua Hillrich and Jack Deters.

Meanwhile, Hardin Northern played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Ridgemont, falling 34-6. The Polar Bears were down 34-0 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Toledo Christian now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Hardin Northern, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
