Basketball Recap: Steinbrenner Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Steinbrenner lost against Gaither back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors were dealt a 67-38 defeat at the hands of the Cowboys. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Steinbrenner still got an impressive performance from Brady Griffin, who shot 54% from the field to rack up 19 points and six boards. Griffin has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Steinbrenner's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Gaither, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Steinbrenner will take on Lincoln Park Performing Arts in a tournament on the 20th. Gaither will take on Jesuit in a holiday battle at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
