Daphne extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Isabella Charlton. The Trojans blew past the Fairhope Pirates 3-0 on Thursday with plenty of help from Charlton, who had eight digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

While Daphne won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-16, 25-21.

Addy Busby and Paige Benson certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Busby had nine digs and four assists, while Benson had five digs and one assist. That assist was Benson's first of the season.

Daphne's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Fairhope, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Daphne has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Tuscaloosa Academy on the 12th. As for Fairhope, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Trinity Presbyterian on the 13th.
