Volleyball Recap: Dalton Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Dalton Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Christian Heritage Lions. If the Pumas were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-7.

Christian Heritage's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jolie Reynolds led the charge by getting 13 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Reynolds has posted over her last four matchups. Another player making a difference was Addison Green, who had five digs and five aces.

Dalton Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Christian Heritage, their record now sits at 8-19.

Coming up, Dalton Academy will look to defend their home court on Monday against Grace Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. As for Christian Heritage, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Chattooga on the 25th.
