Duncan lost to San Simon back in September, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Wildkats put the hurt on the Longhorns with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildkats.

Duncan not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept San Simon between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-17.

Haley Bigler paced Duncan's offense, picking up nine kills. Bigler got some help from Sofia Harris and her 15 assists. Lily Ford controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Duncan's victory bumped their record up to 6-13. As for San Simon, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 11-10.

Duncan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Valley Union on the 18th. As for San Simon, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against St. David on the 17th.
