Basketball Recap: Troy Comes Up Short

Troy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Thompson Falls Blue Hawks and fell 75-21. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Blue Hawks are ranked 48th).

Troy's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Thompson Falls, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

While Troy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
