Volleyball Recap: North Valleys Comes Up Short

North Valleys was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hug Hawks. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hawks earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

While North Valleys ultimately came up short, they really made Hug work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 26-24, 25-27, 25-23, 15-7.

North Valleys' loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Hug, they moved to 4-13 with that win, which also ended their five-match losing streak.

As of now, neither North Valleys nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
