Softball Recap: Red Mesa Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matchups, Red Mesa finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They lost 22-0 to the St. Michael Cardinals. The game marked the first time this season in which the Redskins were not able to get on the board.

Red Mesa now has a losing record of 2-3. As for St. Michael, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

While Red Mesa had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
