Basketball Game Preview: Polo Marcos vs. Hinckley-Big Rock Royals

Polo is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Hinckley-Big Rock is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Polo Marcos will welcome the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Polo beat Fulton 44-33.

Meanwhile, Hinckley-Big Rock hadn't done well against Newark recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Hinckley-Big Rock blew past Newark 67-28. The Royals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Hinckley-Big Rock has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.4 points per game. As for Polo, their victory bumped their record up to 15-10.
