Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cherokee Bluff). They claimed a resounding 78-38 win over the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Cherokee Bluff is also on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.4 points per game. As for Monroe Area, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cherokee Bluff has already played their next contest (against West Hall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Monroe Area will head out on the road to square off against East Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
